1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Hairli mobile application (the "App," "Service," or "Hairli"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and:

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference. By using Hairli, you also agree to that policy.

2. Description of the Service

Hairli is an AI-powered tool that lets you preview different hairstyles and hair colors on a photo you provide. You select a haircut and color, upload a photo, and the App generates a transformed image showing how that hairstyle might look on the person in the photo.

Generated images are produced by an artificial-intelligence model. They are visualizations only and may not accurately represent how a particular hairstyle would look on a specific person in real life. Hairli is provided for entertainment, inspiration, and personal exploration. It is not a professional styling, medical, or cosmetic-advice service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Hairli. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18), you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App and agree to these Terms.

You must be legally able to form a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.

4. Anonymous Use

Hairli does not require you to create a traditional account. When you first launch the App, an anonymous identifier is generated and stored on your device. You are responsible for keeping this device secure, since anyone with access to your device can use the App under your identifier.

If you uninstall the App or clear its data, your identifier is lost and your remaining credits cannot be recovered. Active subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored through Apple, but pay-as-you-go credit balances may not be transferable.

5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

5.1 Subscriptions

Hairli offers paid subscriptions that grant you a periodic allotment of generation credits and access to premium features. Available plans, prices, and credit allotments are displayed inside the App before purchase. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and managed via RevenueCat.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

5.3 Credits

Each generation request consumes one credit. Credits are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credits granted as part of a subscription are valid only during the active subscription period and reset upon renewal. Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated in the App.

5.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We do not directly process refunds. We may, at our sole discretion, grant additional credits or other remedies if a generation fails due to a technical error on our side.

5.5 Free Credits

We may offer free credits for promotional purposes. Free credits may expire, may be revoked at any time, and are subject to additional terms communicated when offered.

6. Your Photos and Generated Content

6.1 Your Responsibility for Uploaded Photos

You are solely responsible for any photo you upload to Hairli. By uploading a photo, you represent and warrant that:

You own the photo or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and consents to use it.
If the photo depicts a person other than yourself, you have that person's explicit consent to upload their image and to apply AI transformations to it.
The photo does not depict a minor under 13 years of age.
The photo does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
The photo does not contain illegal, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content.

6.2 License You Grant Us

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process the photo solely for the purpose of generating the requested AI transformation and returning the result to your device. This license terminates as soon as the generation is complete. We do not store your photos beyond the duration of the generation request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.3 Generated Images

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the AI-generated images returned to you for your personal, non-commercial purposes. We make no representation or warranty about the originality, accuracy, or non-infringement of generated images. AI models may produce outputs that resemble copyrighted or trademarked material, and you are responsible for evaluating any use you make of a generated image.

6.4 Likeness and Identity

Hairli does not perform facial recognition or biometric identification. However, generated images may include a recognizable likeness of the person in the original photo. You are solely responsible for any use, distribution, or publication of a generated image, including obtaining any required consent from people depicted.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

Upload photos of any person without their consent.
Upload photos of minors under 13 years of age.
Generate, share, or use images that are sexually explicit, harassing, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.
Impersonate another person or create misleading representations of real people without consent.
Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App or its underlying AI models.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the App.
Circumvent credit limits, paywalls, or other usage controls.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

We reserve the right to revoke access, suspend service, or take other action against any user who violates these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, text, logos, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the App or its underlying technology to you.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

We do not warrant that:

The App will operate without interruption, errors, or delays.
Generated images will meet your expectations or be free of artifacts, distortions, or inaccuracies.
The App will be available in all regions or compatible with all devices.
Third-party services on which the App relies will remain available.

Hairli should not be relied upon for professional, medical, cosmetic, or styling advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us through the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yusuf Şahan Tarhan, our affiliates, and our service providers from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (i) your use of the App; (ii) photos you upload; (iii) your use of generated images; (iv) your violation of these Terms; or (v) your violation of any third-party right.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive termination of these Terms.

13. Apple-Specific Terms

The following terms apply because Hairli is distributed through Apple's App Store:

These Terms are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Your license to use the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims that the App or your use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing product-liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to applicable legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection or similar legislation.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Turkey, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence apply.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

16. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
